1. Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Products: Returns are accepted for standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance event.
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at irisztarr@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Shipping the Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
- If the item was damaged or defective, we will also refund the shipping charges.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.
- We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
