1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Standard Products: Returns are accepted for standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance event.
  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at irisztarr@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Shipping the Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  3. Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
  • If the item was damaged or defective, we will also refund the shipping charges.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
